Shipping Options: At checkout, you can choose USPS with an average shipping rate. No international deliveries at the moment. 

Order Arrival Time: Our products are handmade with love, cleansed, and charged with positive energy in Gaslamp, San Diego. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, charging, and shipping.

Return Policy: We don't accept returns or exchanges due to the energetic nature of our products. All sales are final. Contact us at bijut@bijutcollection.com immediately if there's any issue with your order.

Issues with Your Order: Inspect your order upon receipt. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll assess and rectify the issue.

Missing Package: If your delivered package isn't at your doorstep, email us at bijut@bijutcollection.com, and we'll assist in tracking it down.

Order Cancellation or Edit: Orders can't be canceled, and there's a limited window for edits. Email bijut@bijutcollection.com, and we'll try our best to assist you.
