All sales are final. Due to the energetic and handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If something’s off with your order, email us at info@bijutcollection.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY for Permanent Jewelry

If your piece ever comes off or needs to be removed, we’ve got you: your first re-weld is on us, as long as you bring the chain with.
Need another zap after that? It’s just $20 to get linked again.

Need to remove your piece for an MRI or surgery? No worries—we offer complimentary re-welds.
We get that life happens, and we’re here to support you every step (and zap) of the way.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional fees.
Please note: Bijut Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

At checkout, you can choose from USPS, UPS, or DHL.
We love USPS, but delays can happen. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped within 2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Each piece is handcrafted with intention—tracking info will be emailed once your order hits the road.

ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email info@bijutcollection.com ASAP.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

MISSING PACKAGE

If tracking says “delivered” but your package is MIA, don’t panic.
Email info@bijutcollection.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

CANCELLATIONS / EDITS

Orders can’t be canceled once placed, but if you need to make an edit, reach out immediately.
Email info@bijutcollection.com and if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try to make the change.

MATERIALS

We use fine metals, natural crystals, and ethically sourced elements in all our designs.

JEWELRY CARE

To keep your piece glowing and energetically fresh:

  • Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals unless noted as waterproof
  • Clean gently with the soft jewelry cloth that we place within each order
  • Store in a dry, safe spot when not worn

Each order comes with a Care Card. If a piece is waterproof, you’ll see it listed in the product description.
