WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?

You will find us on the corner of Kstreet and 4th Avenue right across from FLEMINGS and right next to the lamp store - in the PIONEER WAREHOUSE BUILDING. This is a WORK/LIVE loft industrial building hence why there is a door code - but all you have to do is call us at (602) 330.1412 and we will meet you downstairs!

IS IT SAFE?

Yes! It’s 100% safe and nothing to worry about—we’ve got you.

WHAT IF I NEED ONLY A REPAIR/RE-WELD/RE-SIZING?

We're here to support you! Our doors are open to walk-in customers, be it tourists or locals, seeking a swift repair or resize. For a mere $20, we can re-weld that chain for you promptly, in 10-15 minutes.

WHAT IF I NEED TO TAKE IT OFF?

If your chain was purchased from us, we’ll re-weld it once for free—no questions asked (unless it was due to an MRI or surgery, which we always cover at no charge).

Call or text Carmen at 602.330.1412 if you just want to come in without booking online since it would be a free re-weld as mentioned above.

Need another re-weld? No problem. As long as you still have your chain and it fits, we’ll reattach it for just $20.

AM I ABLE TO TRAVEL WITH MY PERMANENT JEWELRY ON?

You will not encounter any problems going through SAT or trigger metal detectors with your permanent jewelry.

WHAT STYLES DO YOU OFFER?

We’ve got options for every vibe.

Choose from 14k Gold, Gold-Filled, and Sterling Silver chains, starting at $65 and ranging up to $300, depending on the style and thickness.

Want to make it extra? Add-on our in-house handmade authentic and waterproof gemstones or charms for a fully customized, one-of-a-kind piece.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A GROUP TO COME IN YOUR BOUTIQUE?

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL but, if you have your chain, we'll happily re-weld your permanent jewelry for $20 - unless you've had a life event like surgery.

We do not refund permanent jewelry.
