What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not refund permanent jewelry. Repairs or re-welds for permanent jewelry purchased elsewhere start at $25. BIJUT pieces qualify for our lifetime repair and re-weld warranty when the original chain is present and/or the warranty card is provided. Lost or stolen pieces are not covered.
what are your prices?

.925 Sterling Silver Bracelets start at $80 | charms cost $20

14k Gold Filled Bracelets start at $100 | charms cost $25

We also have 10k / 14k Solid Gold, Mixed Metals (gold & silver) & Thick chains where Bracelets start at $150

Does Bijut repair any permanent jewelry or jewelry in general?

Yes! We often times repair or re-weld permanent jewelry for a flat fee of $20 unless the chain is from us which qualifies for a FREE REWELD ANYTIME.

We also repair jewelry, but we do recommend you call us, send us a picture beforehand to confirm we can actually fix your piece of jewelry.
How Long Does the Appointment Take?

About 15–30 minutes per piece. Quick, easy, and totally worth it for jewelry that never leaves your side.
Can I shower or swim with my permanent jewelry?

Our permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear and offered in .925 sterling silver, 14k gold filled and 14k solid gold. These materials are water-resistant, but no jewelry is completely waterproof or maintenance-free. Longevity can vary based on skin chemistry, friction, chemicals and individual wear.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our Sterling Silver is manufactured in Italy & Gold is manufactured in the USA.
Does Permanent Jewelry hurt?

No discomfort whatsoever - the only challenge you may face is deciding among the numerous chain and charm options available, leaving you wanting at least one!
