What is the return policy?

ALL Permanent Jewelry SALES ARE FINAL. We do not refund or exchange, but we do offer FREE re-welds if required or due to a life event (MRI/SURGERY), as long as the chain is from Bijut.
What are your prices?

.925 Sterling Silver Bracelets start at $65 | charms cost $20

14k Gold Filled Bracelets start at $85 | charms cost $30

Solid Gold Yellow & White are priced per inch, depending on the chain you choose. We have options that start from $40 per inch. Rings are a flat fee of $50 & solid gold re-welds are $35

We also have Mixed Metals & Thick chains where Bracelets start at $100

Does Bijut repair any permanent jewelry or jewelry in general?

Yes! We often times repair or re-weld permanent jewelry for a flat fee of $20 unless the chain is from us which qualifies for a FREE REWELD ANYTIME.

We also repair jewelry, but we do recommend you call us, send us a picture beforehand to confirm we can actually fix your piece of jewelry.

We are inside PIONEER WAREHOUSE HISTORICAL BUILDING - upon arrival, call or text us at (602) 330.1412 and we'll come down and buss you right in!
Does Permanent Jewelry Hurt?

No discomfort whatsoever - the only challenge you may face is deciding among the numerous chain and charm options available, leaving you wanting at least one!
What Happens if Permanent Jewelry Breaks?

If it snaps, don’t panic. We can usually repair or replace it without any fuss—like a jewelry superhero.
Is Permanent Jewelry Safe for Sensitive Skin?

Yes! All our permanent chains are perfect for everyday wear, including showers, pools, or even beach days. Just avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or sulfur, but even then, you can simply clean your jewelry with mild soap and baking soda at home.
Can I Shower or Swim with Permanent Jewelry?

Absolutely—especially if you choose 14k gold-filled or solid gold. We avoid anything that could irritate your skin. All our chains are hypoallergenic & tarnish-free.
Can I Remove or Adjust Permanent Jewelry Later?

Certainly, a durable pair of scissors can be utilized to cut the weld point - it is recommended to obtain a clasp from us for chain removal convenience.
Can I Get a Custom Size or Design?

100%. We make each piece to fit your wrist, neck, or finger perfectly. Custom chains, charms, and gemstones are all possible.
Does Everyone Recommend Gold-Filled Over Plated?

Yes! Gold-filled lasts longer, looks richer, and is safe for daily wear. Plated chains just aren’t durable enough for permanent jewelry.
