REPAIR / REFRESH

Need a repair? We're here to help.

Whether your permanent jewelry is from BIJUT or another jeweler, book a repair appointment and we'll assess your piece and determine the best solution.

If you're looking to repair non-permanent jewelry, please contact Carmen at (602) 330-1412 before booking to confirm that your piece can be repaired. This initial assessment is complimentary, and there is no charge to inquire.

BIJUT chains come with a lifetime warranty covering eligible repairs and re-welding.

If your original BIJUT chain needs attention, we'll take care of it according to our warranty policy.

Jewelry from other brands can also be repaired, with pricing determined upon inspection.

Please note: Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered under our warranty.
